wrapping up the latest developments
It’s been a while since our last blog-post so I thought to write a few words of latest developments from our perspective. All though I have been lazy writer into our news we haven’t been lazy in our developments in material and business area.
I think all who have worked in new material section or sales might know the possible layers when trying to move forward with your new solution. It won’t happen in a one night! Discussions are continuing months and even years and there is still no guarantees for anything to happen.
We have been able to handle the start-up rollercoaster and have been successful with our aims ( better later than never ) and now is a good time to wrap latest things up that the new things can come as they are.
Moving forward is the key in business and we are in a lucky position that we have been selected into two different programs in the last year and both of them were supporting our way to higher levels in our business. Few words about these programs.
EEX JOURNEY Program
The EEX Journey places corporate leaders to help startup entrepreneurs as advisors in a year-long development program. Over the journey you will grow as a leader and develop competencies and mindset needed for renewal and collaboration.
For one year, 3-5 leaders from different large organizations support one sustainability-driven startup. The main goal is to learn entrepreneurial skills and mindset in practice with peers, high-potential leaders from other large organizations while helping the startup entrepreneurs with the company's growth strategy.
We were so lucky to have amazing advisory board from EEX program that have helped us through tough times. The Program it self was supporting us in many different levels but the key takeaway is the people who we have able to work with.
Our advisory board members are: Christian Voegle ( DB Fernverkehr AG ) , Juergen Haeusser ( BOSCH ) and Jan Feller ( CEO of AHK )
After a 12 advisory board meetings and closing the official part of the program we still keep in touch with the guys and they will keep updated from our latest developments.
INNOVESTOR PALO-PROGRAM
PALO is Innovestor’s accelerator program for the most promising early-stage sustainable technology startups.
Over the 12-week program, you will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded founders, tap into expert mentorship, and access invaluable resources to turn your sustainable tech concept into a thriving business.
I cannot highlight this enough that we are super proud to be a part of this kind of company and community! This program wast straight into the action and offered a right timed sparring sessions and developments for Granulous.
In the program we had a growth board where was two members from Innovestor community. Our growth board members are: Ilkka Kaikuvuo and Petri Kalliokoski, both of them are well marinated business angels and they have given very valuable learnings and advises into our future growth plan.
I would say the both of these programs were more than good use for time and money so I would warmly recommend both of these programs.
Last year plan was to complete Pre-seed funding and to get a first commercialized products made from Granulous on markets. Both were successful and now we are seeking for our Seed round to expand our business and growth for the next levels.
Let’s keep up the good work and I promise to be more active in writing as well.
